Cinnamon and Banana Bircher Muesli (Vegan)

Ingredients

  • Bircher Muesli
  • 250g Rolled Oats
  • 12g Cinnamon
  • 50g Dried Bananas (Chopped)
  • 50g Sultanas
  • 50g Flaked Almonds
  • 50g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 70ml Cup Apple Juice
  • ½ Cup Greek Yoghurt

Method

  1. In a large bowl, place the oats, cinnamon, dried bananas, sultanas, flaked almonds and pumpkin seeds and mix well to combine
  2. Taking 50g of the Bircher Muesli in a bowl, add in the apple juice and stir until combined. Cover and allow to refrigerate overnight
  3. Serve Bircher Muesli with yoghurt and fresh fruits.

Bircher Muesli mix will keep with 6 months.
