1. These terms and conditions provide you with information on how to enter our promotion and details of the prize being offered. When you submit an entry, we assume that you have accepted our terms and conditions.

3. Our promotion begins at 9.00am AEST. Entries close and must be received by us by 11.59pm AEST. The exact time that we receive your online entry is what we deem as time of entry.
4. We do not accept any responsibility for misdirected or late entries because of technical disruptions or other reasons.
Who can enter
5. All residents of Australia are eligible to enter. The prize is only available to residents of Australia.
6. You must have consent from your parent or guardian to enter if you are under 18 years old. If this is the case, your parent or guardian agrees to our terms and conditions.

Judging and our prize
8. Winner is selected at random.
9. One prize is available during the promotional period.
10. Our decision is final and we will not enter into any correspondence.
11. We will notify our winner via direct message on Instagram and announce the winner on Instagram.
12. If the prize is unclaimed after five (5) days, or the winner is disqualified in line with these terms and conditions, the prize will be forfeited and distributed at our discretion.
Prize conditions
13. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize if there are no eligible entrants.
14. By accepting the prize, you agree to take part as required with all reasonable promotional activities relating to the prize (including but not limited to being photographed and interviewed). You agree that we can use your name, image and comments for publicity and advertising purposes without compensation.
15. The prize cannot be exchanged, redeemed for cash or transferred.
16. The prize cannot be combined with any other voucher or offer.
General
17. We reserve the right, at any time, to:
· ask you to provide proof of your identity and/or proof of valid entry
· disqualify you if you have breached our conditions or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct, or conduct that may jeopardise the fair conduct of the promotion.
18. We are not liable if the prize is stolen, tampered with, damaged or lost after it leaves our possession.
19. The value of our prize is based on its recommended retail price at the time of printing (including GST). We do not accept responsibility for any change in the value of the prize between now and its redemption date.
20. If the prize (or part of the prize) is not available, we reserve the right to replace the prize (or part of the prize) for a prize that has equal or greater monetary value.
21. If we cannot conduct the promotion as planned, for any reason, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to take any action that may be available.
22. Our liability is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
23. We are not liable for any loss (including consequential and indirect loss), damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion including supply of goods to the prize winner, and to anyone who accompanies the prize winner, to the extent permitted by law.

The information you provide will only be used for this promotion. If you have any questions, complaints or comments about our promotion, direct them to us and not to Instagram. As the promoter, we release Instagram from each entrant in our promotion.
