Cacao and Almond Bliss Balls (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

50g Vivien and Alisha Raw Honey and Almond Muesli
150g Medjool Dates (Pitted)
1 Tablespoon Cacao Powder

Method

  1. Place the Raw Honey and Almond Muesli in a food processor and pulse until the muesli resembles crumbs
  2. Add in the dates and cacao powder and pulse until a paste forms
  3. Take a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball – continue doing this until the mixture is finished
  4. Chill in the fridge for an hour to allow energy balls to become firm
