Honey and Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

50g Vivien and Alisha Raw Honey and Coconut Muesli
150g Dates
20g Desiccated Coconut

Method

  1. Place the Raw Honey and Coconut Muesli in a food processor and pulse until the muesli resembles crumbs
  2. Add in the dates and pulse until a paste forms
  3. Take a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball
  4. Take bliss balls and roll into desiccated coconut
  5. Chill in the fridge for an hour to allow energy balls to become firm
